Oh where to begin? Well, there's me Jessica Brown aka J-Monteezy, aka mama bear. I'm the painting, organized, bossy, compassionate one, trying to save the world one animal at a time! My handsome husband Logan (King) Thomas Brown aka daddy bear, the kind, sometimes scary, yet super sweet. (but shhh its suppose to be a secret.) The bald, gun lover, and newly street biker, hard working, protective and silly one with an amazing smile! Our sweet baby girl Melody Brown who is now 3! Aka smelly-pants mcgoogie-brains, the adventurous, social, smart, beautiful, princess loving/playing in the dirt, awesome big sister and extremely funny one! And Oaklynn our newest addition. She is the sweetest little girl you will ever meet, always happy no matter what and a big mama's girl! Now that she is 1, she's created quite a personality (btw 10.3 at birth 1 week early.). For example she's stronger than I am, she refuses to let me feed her, since day one. She must feed herself, all by herself. She laughs when anyone gets hurt. She's walking/running/climbing 24/7, she copies everything big sister does. And finally a baby-girl that looks somewhat like me!!! And this is our family blog! We love God, family, friends, cartoons, action movies, quoting our movies or T.V shows, also karate/boxing, chocolate, and naps with tons of pillows bundled in several blankets...aww the best! Logan and I have been married for a 3 years now, he's my best friend in this entire world, my therapist, my "joke-maker." (<--quote from seinfeld.) We've already gotten to experience so much together the good the bad, the unknown but more importantly some very spiritual moments that have just made us that much stronger as a family and children of our Heavenly Father. I'm excited to see what the future holds for us! We have a wonderful family, a few shout outs to my mama and pops idk how you survived my teenage years but thank you for not giving me away, more importantly thank you for supporting me through EVERYTHING. T-mama and the Craiginator, I can't thank you enough for your support and advice, and thank you for welcoming me into your family and making me feel right at home. Madi Brown, the most talented person I've ever met! The Barkers aka, "the hippies." Am, I have 1 thing to say, "I got a dime in my pocket & i'm cookin' some eggs." Jes... "Whyyy!? Whyyy!? so many blue shirt?" "And stop with the fork fetish." Lots of love to the beautiful red-headed Emma bean & Adele aka delly bells. "No not like the singer & not like the computer." The Browns, Tyson your awesome, vanilla coke rocks! Jen, thx so much for accepting me for me, including the ocd, skulls, love for your vacuum & labels. Cam-a-lam super princess, spunky lil noo noo's & peter parker who will soon be dressed like a G! Thx to aunt Jess & unc Logie, I love you all! (And noo noo's don't tell your mom, but your my best friend xoxo.) Unc Kurticuzzzz, I wanna snowboard like u! Jealous of your Burton connects. :) Love u! miss u! Love you unc Clint, my professional cook. Granny, love you so much! Thank you for introducing me to cow boy boots, horse races, Shania Twain, "Friends in Low Places." And "Rock my World Little Country Girl. And probably not last but definately not least, GG who has been one of my biggest supports, and always makes time to provide us with riddles and sayings such as, "Your like the rasberry seed stuck in my tooth." (Not sure if I said it right.) Go Bonanza!!! Charlie Brown we love you sweet puppy & Milton T. F Brown we love you lil fishy! Okay so if I forgot anyone, don't feel bad and these shout outs are not "in order of any kind so don't get your underwear or garments in a twist.) Just not used to having this huge family, but am extremely grateful to have. And friends of mine, I love you, you know who you are. More pics to come, what a fun Halloween we had this year!!! Painting and decorating pumpkins..Melly and I got our faces painted twice! We went to several diff activities, trunk or treat with our Ward and Logs parents ward. We got the chance to be a part of the Halloween committee, even though I'm sure we weren't that much help! lol Sorry to Todd and Mal. ;) You all did an amazing job!! We really enjoyed getting to watch bishop get dunked in the dunk tank, too bad I didn't get a chance to grab some pics!!! I'm sure that someone did.

Also got a chance to go to a pumpkin patch with some friends, we went on a hay ride, where we were able to stop and pet some of the animals. Although I did get bitten by a flippin' goat!!! TWICE! And Melly and Log had quite the bonding experience spitting on pigs together.... :( BUT we won't go there!!!
 Melly picked out her own pumpkins and decorated them, and even got to play in a bouncy jump house, we went with Baby Dean, Tawni and Dudley Meyers.

We of course got to go trick or treating, little Melody dressed up as Cinderella, and little Oaklynn was Minnie Mouse...went trick or treating around our neighbor hood, basically just kept it simple, easy but we all had a lot of fun. Thank you to the Browns, Tomie and Craig for letting us borrow the wagon. 
It was very very useful!!

Logan and I got to go to a Mormon Scream clean Halloween party with some friends, first sober/lds party I've been to, and can I just say I did not know Mo- Mo'$ got down like that. I had sooo much fun!!! Of course ya girl J-Monteezy/G.Q. dressed up as the king a pop! Michael Jackson, before he turned white ;) And my lovely husband was him lovely self AKA a scary security guard or bouncer named LOC. T BROWN.... posted up against the wall scaring everyone one. Thank you for coming with me my sweet husband, taking one for the team. I owe ya! One of these days, "the move, MY move" will be broken out in the midst of some dirty filthy beats and you will luuuuv it. Love u!

CELEBRATION$!

Holy poooooop! There has been so many things going on, birthday's holiday's, activities, not to mention all these adult responsibilities! Blagh! Sometimes I think Melody, Oaklynn...what did you get yourselves into!! The end of the year is always craziness for us though, seems like everyone's birthdays and anniversary's fall around that time. We got Halloween, my fav! Thanksgiving, Christmas, then New Years!!! It's a lot of busy busy busy...sometime's a tad stressful but mostly just fun and exciting to be a part of such a huge family and so many great memories. GG came down for Oak's 1st birthday, we got to celebrate my faja-in-laws b-day this month, GG's b-day this month, Melody's friend Kenna and Johnny both turned 3 this month and last but definitely not least Oaks very first birthday! We've had a few different Halloween activities.
Actually just got back from our stakes ward Halloween extravaganza!!! Bounce house, balloon popping, dunking Bishop in the dunk tank while it was FREEZING! :( Decorating cookies, eating donuts, cup cakes, chili, corn bread and of course went trick-or-treating. (Notice I named the best foods first, yup that's right.) Been snacking on Melody's trick-or-treat bag all night. SHE'S 2! She doesn't need all those sweets. I'm not being defensive either. Just letting it be known.

We've also had a couple day's to paint or decorate pumpkins, more to come! Pictures will also be up. We get to carve, paint, and sticker up all of our pumpkins....so fun! Melody is dressing up as Cinderella, she picked out that princess herself, not my favorite... but one thing I've unfortunately lost control of with her is having the privilege and pleasure of dressing her my way. She's quite the picky one. Nothing but skirts and dresses. Oaklynn is Minnie Mouse, she looks super cute! I'm excited because 2 of her cuz's Cam and Andi will also be Minnie, our little trio of mouses. I, of course am Michael Jackson, and Logan is.....can you guess???????? He's LOGAN! That's right, perfect for him, he makes a perfect Logan Brown.

"$ale-ebration." RS enrichment night!

So for our enrichment night, and this was several weeks ago...like I've said in the previous post's I am behind on my blogging game. =]
Anyway, we decided to have a "Sale-ebration." We took different brand name's and made like a shopping for knowledge kind of night!

There were 3 different 20min classes... "Verizon, Forever 21, & New Balance." These classes were taught by some amazing women, they taught us how to keep in touch with the spirit hence Verizon, how to keep a balanced life hence New Balance and Forever 21, how to keep love alive!
This was such a cute idea! And everything turned out to be so much fun. We were able to receive handouts and take notes on some different perspectives. Being young and new to the Gospel this was so great for me.

There were also 3 different "window shopping" areas, 10min each. Things remembered, where we were taught different ideas and techniques on photography and scrap-booking. Then Express where we were all taught new, quick and easy ideas on cooking and baking. Then we had The Children's Place, with fun little activities and tips for the children! It was a lot of fun and everything came together so well!!
