Oh man, it's been a very busy month! We've of course had our callings, were both still trying to get the hang of it. Were both really enjoying it though. My dad Christopher's b-day was on April the 8th, Love him so very much!!!! Had a nice dinner with the family, as always we smashed on some twice baked potatoes, Chris's favorite!
Logan's b-day was April 14th, he's 24! It was so much fun, thanks to everyone for making it a special day for him. The whole family helped out! He also had some friends help out, it was a great turn out. But then again it always is for Logan, he is so very loved! And by so many, he just has such a genuine and fun spirit. It's so much fun to be around him, he is so clever too! It cracks me up the stuff he comes up with! He can always cheer you up! Then when it comes time to take care of things he is a rock! Always dependable, make's ya feel safe and secure! I am truly blessed to have such a sweet and super sexy man! Can't wait to spend more of his birthday's with him making lovely memories! A special thanks to Tomie for the entertainment that night. She was just about to light the candles on Log's cake when....."Ahhhhhh!" The cake slipped right off the tray and face down onto the floor! I don't know if it was Tomie's scream or the cake on the floor that made us laugh the most. Like I said, LOVELY memories!!! Of course we all ate it still, duh! Chocolate oreo cake!
So then, April 13th one of Logan's close friends Austin and Lindsey tied the knot! It was so beautiful!!! Logan was a groomsmen, I loved the suits they wore. A bunch of handsome men they were! And Lindsey, what a stunning bride! She was all smiles! So grateful we got to be a part of that special memory! The ceremony was earlier in the day, we were kidless witch was quite odd. Just didn't seem right, I think most of the time we sat there in still and silent. Haha It was a great break! Then the reception was that evening, we took the girls to that. They had a photo booth and donuts for days! It was all so wonderful! They had a dance floor that Melody seriously boogied on til' she dropped!!! Before heading to the reception we told Melody that we were going to a castle and Lindsey was the princess and Austin was the prince. She was so excited!!! Love weddings! Especially when it's good friend's, congrats Austin and Lindsey Heywood!!!
Then recently we were so lucky to be modifying our home a bit. Thank's to Craig we are getting new tile put in, the fire place done, and a few additions to the bathrooms. It's going to look great, i'm so excited to see the finished product! We have been staying with Tomie and Craig, or shall I say Hotel La' Brown! We really appreciate you putting up with us for a week! Lol I know it's not easy!! We always have such a great time though.
And Mr and Mrs Barker are moving into a new home! YAY! I'm so excited for them. Even though it is in Flagstaff, boo! Just means were going to have to have sleep overs themed Lysol. ;)
And April 22nd will of course be Mr. buddy dude-peter parker's very FIRST birthday! We will be going to the Brown house for a Parker party!!! I seriously can't believe he's one. I swear I lost some months in there somewhere. Happy Birthday to the best little buddy. Lots of love from your favorite uncle Logan.

Oh where to begin? Well, there's me Jessica Brown aka J-Monteezy, aka mama bear. I'm the painting, organized, bossy, compassionate one, trying to save the world one animal at a time! My handsome husband Logan (King) Thomas Brown aka daddy bear, the kind, sometimes scary, yet super sweet. (but shhh its suppose to be a secret.) The bald, gun lover, and newly street biker, hard working, protective and silly one with an amazing smile! Our sweet baby girl Melody Brown who is now 3! Aka smelly-pants mcgoogie-brains, the adventurous, social, smart, beautiful, princess loving/playing in the dirt, awesome big sister and extremely funny one! And Oaklynn our newest addition. She is the sweetest little girl you will ever meet, always happy no matter what and a big mama's girl! Now that she is 1, she's created quite a personality (btw 10.3 at birth 1 week early.). For example she's stronger than I am, she refuses to let me feed her, since day one. She must feed herself, all by herself. She laughs when anyone gets hurt. She's walking/running/climbing 24/7, she copies everything big sister does. And finally a baby-girl that looks somewhat like me!!! And this is our family blog! We love God, family, friends, cartoons, action movies, quoting our movies or T.V shows, also karate/boxing, chocolate, and naps with tons of pillows bundled in several blankets...aww the best! Logan and I have been married for a 3 years now, he's my best friend in this entire world, my therapist, my "joke-maker." (<--quote from seinfeld.) We've already gotten to experience so much together the good the bad, the unknown but more importantly some very spiritual moments that have just made us that much stronger as a family and children of our Heavenly Father. I'm excited to see what the future holds for us! We have a wonderful family, a few shout outs to my mama and pops idk how you survived my teenage years but thank you for not giving me away, more importantly thank you for supporting me through EVERYTHING. T-mama and the Craiginator, I can't thank you enough for your support and advice, and thank you for welcoming me into your family and making me feel right at home. Madi Brown, the most talented person I've ever met! The Barkers aka, "the hippies." Am, I have 1 thing to say, "I got a dime in my pocket & i'm cookin' some eggs." Jes... "Whyyy!?
